Types of breast implants – there are saline implants and silicone gel implants.
Each can be used with great success, but some surgeons prefer certain implants for certain situations.
Saline is less commonly used today as the silicone gel implants feel more natural and look more natural.

Dr. Cobb ON POST-BARIATRIC TREATMENT
Dr. Cobb trained with some of the pioneers of Bariatric Surgery operations during his residency at the University of Pittsburgh.
In that time, he learned about the laparoscopic weight loss operations and then went on to perform many body lifts and other operations for patients who had excess skin due to massive weight loss.
He continues to work closely with Dr. Dennis Hurwitz of the Hurwitz Center for Plastic Surgery and together, they have established the Hurwitz Center for Body Contouring at the Roxbury Clinic and Surgery Center.
A frequent speaker at bariatric support groups, Dr. Cobb has been serving the weight loss population since his time in residency.
